Rates and Reservations
Our standard rate for 2011 is £300 per night for the house with a minimum 3 night stay for most of the year. Please note, however, that during peak times we may not be able to accept bookings of less than 5 nights.
This is for up to 8 guests - for groups larger than this there is a small supplement of £25 to cover additional laundry & other fees.
Throughout the year stay 6 nights & get 7th night free.

. Cancellation Policy In situations where a booking has to be cancelled the following guidelines will apply:- - with more than 6 weeks notice the deposit will be refunded in full.
- within 6 weeks of scheduled arrival date the deposit is forfeited unless we manage to find a full replacement booking. In this case the deposit will be refunded in full. In the case of a part replacement only being found, the amount refunded will be proportional to the length/value of the replacement.
- A cancellation within 2 weeks of scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount unless a replacement booking can be found. In this instance, the above will again apply.
- We unfortunately cannot afford to offer full refunds for last minute changes in plans and, while we will endeavor to work with a group in the event of a cancellation, we also strongly recommend clients take out travel insurance to ensure they are adequately covered in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
