Our standard peak season rate for 2015/16 is £340 per night for the house with a minimum 3 night stay for most of the year. Please note, however, that during peak times we may not be able to accept bookings of less than 5 nights.

Cancellation Policy

In situations where a booking has to be cancelled the following guidelines will apply:-

1. with more than 6 weeks notice the deposit will be refunded in full.
2. within 6 weeks of scheduled arrival date the deposit is forfeited unless we manage to find a full replacement booking. In this case the deposit will be refunded in full. In the case of a part replacement only being found, the amount refunded will be proportional to the length/value of the replacement.
3. A cancellation within 2 weeks of scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount unless a replacement booking can be found. In this instance, the above will again apply.
4. We unfortunately cannot afford to offer full refunds for last minute changes in plans and, while we will endeavor to work with a group in the event of a cancellation, we also strongly recommend clients take out travel insurance to ensure they are adequately covered in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
